1. Course Access

Enrollment provides you with a personal, non-transferable license to access the course(s) you purchased. You may not share, resell, or distribute course materials.

2. Payments & Refunds

• All fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
• Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a course or certification has been purchased and accessed. Please review course details carefully before enrolling.

3. Intellectual Property

All content (videos, text, quizzes, certifications) is the property of Futures Training Center. You may not reproduce, share, or republish course materials without permission.

4. Student/Coaches Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate enrollment and payment details.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Use the courses in a lawful, respectful manner.

5. Limitation of Liability

Participation in athletic training involves physical activity and risk. Futures Training Center is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur from using our courses or applying instructional material. Participation is at your own risk.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
